How long does delivery take?+
Standard UK-to-Uganda air freight typically takes 7–14 business days. Express shipping can take 5–7 business days where available, followed by 1–3 business days for local Uganda delivery. Supplier lead times and customs checks may affect the final date.
What will my quote include?+
The revised quote is designed to show the product cost, service fee, shipping, estimated duties and delivery or collection arrangements. Any item that cannot be confirmed will be clearly marked.
How do I pay?+
Payment is available by MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, bank transfer or cash where applicable. Payments are accepted in UGX and GBP. Always confirm payment instructions through the verified Ochola Xpress contact details shown here.
Where do you deliver in Uganda?+
Delivery is available across Kampala, Wakiso, Entebbe, Mukono and other major towns through trusted courier partners. Collection can also be arranged from the designated collection point once confirmed with the team.
Can I cancel an order or report a problem?+
Orders may be cancelled before purchase or dispatch. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Each case is reviewed for an appropriate replacement or refund under the applicable policy.
